🌿 Discover this charming 33 m² air-conditioned one-bedroom apartment located in the secure "Les Mazets du Ventoux" residence, with free secure parking in Malaucène, on the road to Carpentras. ☀️

Set in a calm and green environment, this property offers the perfect setting for a relaxing holiday at the foot of Mont Ventoux.

The apartment includes:

• A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×190 cm) and storage (iron and ironing board available). Bed prepared before your arrival. Air-conditioned.

• An air-conditioned living room with a convertible sofa (140×190 cm).
  If you wish to use the sofa bed, please let us know at the time of booking (an additional €35 fee applies for the linen).

• A fully equipped kitchen with a ceramic hob, capsule coffee machine, small refrigerator, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, and more.

• A functional bathroom (with bathtub, towel warmer, and hair dryer) and separate WC.

Towels are provided (please remember to bring your own pool towels).

You will also enjoy a pleasant terrace for outdoor dining or relaxing moments.

The apartment is perfectly suited for 2 to 4 guests, whether as a couple, with family, or with friends.

Located in a residence with an indoor swimming pool, you benefit from free access to this shared relaxation area—ideal for cooling off after a day of exploring.

A small gym and sauna next to the pool are also available to residents.

The residence also offers additional services (breakfast and laundry facilities).

The village center of Malaucène, with its shops, restaurants, and Provençal market, is just 1 km away. The residence is also accessible via a pedestrian path 700 meters from the center.

The entire apartment is exclusively reserved for guests.

Two small storage cupboards are locked for private use.

Other things to note

For stays of two guests, the main bed is prepared by default.

If two guests wish to use the sofa bed as an additional sleeping option, a €35 fee will be charged for the linen.

Please let us know in advance so everything can be ready upon your arrival.

During the off-season, the residence reception and breakfast services are not available on Sundays and Mondays.
Breakfast must be booked the day before.
